“Josh and Randi are truly professional! This is the first time that I have sold a house and they have made the experience outstanding overall. The way they function as a team through excellent communication healthy suggestions and hard to make decisions as well as the phenomenal amount of patience that they both have. I personally wanted to experience something different rather than the mediocre/cliche real estate and they delivered through what they advertised with Flat Fee Real Estate. I highly recommend them to you!”
“We had an exceptional experience using Flat Fee Realt Estate, LLC for our home purchase. From start to finish, Randi and Josh handled every aspect of the process, including conducting a thorough cost analysis of the property we were interested in, assisting us with making an offer, conducting a title search, reviewing documents, communicating with the seller's agent, providing clear instructions for necessary actions, finalizing the paperwork, and keeping us updated at every step. Thanks to their meticulous attention to detail and teamwork, our closing was smooth and we were able to save a lot of money. We wholeheartedly recommend their services!”
