Use of the directory
Nooga Local is a community directory designed to help people discover and contact local businesses. You may use it for lawful personal and business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, submit false information, impersonate another person or business, harvest personal information, or use automated collection in a way that burdens the service or republishes the directory.
Business listings
Unclaimed listings may reflect publicly available business information and do not imply participation or endorsement by the listed business. A person submitting a claim represents that they have authority to act for the business and that their information is accurate. Nooga Local may request verification, approve or reject a claim, correct information, suspend access, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the directory.
A Verified badge means Nooga Local approved an ownership relationship based on the information reviewed. It is not a guarantee of licensing, quality, performance, suitability, or legal compliance.
Paid placements
Enhanced, Featured, and Specialty Sponsor offerings provide the features described on the plans page. Featured and Specialty Sponsor placements are paid and clearly labeled. Payment does not purchase verification, determine editorial judgment, or control organic ranking. Availability, billing terms, and included features may change prospectively with notice.
Third-party businesses and links
Nooga Local does not provide the products or services offered by listed businesses. Any transaction, appointment, communication, or dispute is between you and that business. Links, phone numbers, directions, and other third-party information are provided for convenience and may change without notice.
Intellectual property and submissions
The Nooga Local name, design, original editorial content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Nooga Local permission to store, review, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the directory. You represent that you have the right to provide submitted content.
Limitation of liability
The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nooga Local disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the directory or dealings with a listed business. Nooga Local does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Termination and changes
We may restrict access or remove submissions that violate these terms, threaten the service, or infringe another party’s rights. We may update these terms as the directory evolves. Continued use after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
