“I was not super impressed with my experience with Key Title. To start, my entire property was conveyed to a buyer (we were only selling one parcel of it). It was not Key Title's sole fault that this happened, however, even the lender of the buyer said he couldn't legally lend on the whole parcel, the appraiser only appraised the singular parcel, and the lender said it should've been caught by the title company. Regardless of the dropped balls along the way, once this mistake was found, Lauren immediately dropped any and all accountability and stated that everything was final, she held no responsibility to help get it fixed, and pretty much I was just out of luck and I would have to go handle it and figure it out. It was a very emotional moment finding out my entire property had been conveyed incorrectly, and instead of guiding me through a solution, she immediately became cold after being so nice at the closing the day before. It was very much a "I am taking zero responsibility and you signed this paper work so you are out of luck" moment. It was disappointing to say the least. As the title company expert, I would've expected better guidance and a more professional approach to this whole situation. I would not use them again because of this whole ordeal.”
