Stories we look for
- Neighborhood projects — cleanups, mutual-aid drives, park or trail improvements, and block-level efforts that neighbors can join.
- Nonprofit programs — food security, youth mentoring, workforce training, animal welfare, and other public services with clear local impact.
- Civic partnerships — collaborations between businesses, congregations, schools, and city or county programs that help residents find resources faster.
How submissions work
Email support@noogalocal.com with your organization name, a short description of the program, who it serves, and a public link or contact. We review pitches editorially; inclusion is not for sale and is not tied to listing upgrades.
What we will not do
- Sell community features as sponsored content
- Present unpaid community coverage as paid placement
- Promise coverage timelines before editorial review
